A tenant is continually leaving Up to about 6 pairs of shoes and other personal items on the common property porch. Despite numerous letters asking nicely if they would remove them, they are refusing to remove them. I am secretary of the strata committee, I have had our strata manager also contact their property manager. However The mess is still there. Can we the strata committee physically have them moved off common property and put inside their back courtyard. They are freestanding villas with a small front porch. Strata is happy with 1 pair of shoes neatly placed near the front door, but this tenant seems to do whatever suits them. Thank you. I am in NSW.
