I am the Secretary of an Owner's Corporation. And by default, the Treasurer as no-one else will take it on. Our former manager quit due to demands of one of the owner's ie. checking the books, requesting copies of documents etc. This owner continually demands that I send copies of accounts etc to her eg. 7 requests in 6 days. Do I have to do this? The former managers said that the General Ledger only needs to be available at the Annual General Meeting. However, this Owner is requesting that I provide her with a copy now. Do I have to cater to all her requests, even if they are unreasonable.
